Refund Policy
The company Kessou’s Estate Ltd T/A Baddow Building & Maintenance will not refund under the following circumstances as per our terms and conditions:
- If the client cancels any booking within the first 2 hrs of the booking
- If the client does not provide access to our contractors upon arrival at the site.
- If a deposit has already been made to secure the job, and the client later changed their mind.
- If the client provides insufficient ID. Or job credentials or fail any vetting and suitability check.
- If the client, for any reason, cannot complete final payment in case instalments were previously agreed.
- If our contractors did not turn up and the client refused the alternative offer.
In the following circumstances, we will issue a refund:
- If a job is cancelled from our end and we can’t source for replacement.
- If our contractors do not turn up, and we have no alternative.
If you would like to request a refund, this must be completed within 5 working days prior to the start date of the booking. If your refund request is accepted, the payment will be refunded within 20 working days.
